Missing Columns - tMap for the rescue

The attached tMap design produces attached output. Data form tables raw 3 and raw 5 are mostly  missing. All tables 2-5 have the same settings, parameters. Any hints? Really appreciate for help.

@Skywalker , based on duplicate data which you were joining will see more no of records.
