Need to parse delimited column to multiple row

Hello,

Recently, I am started using talend and I have requirement to achieve the below result. Can someone please help me?

3rd columns have a delimiter with one or more values. I want to normalise these input. 

Input file
----------

100,Jay,abc;ijk;xyz,1
200,Jack,abc;ijk,2
300,James,abc,3

Expected Output
---------------
100,Jay,abc
100,Jay,ijk
100,Jay,xyz
200,Jack,abc
200,Jack,ijk
300,James,abc
