Not able to build or run job

I have a job that will run 3 subjobs in sequence.

subjob1 -- run if ok --> subjob2 -- run if ok --> subjob3

However, I am not able to run/build this job.

The subjobs contain postgresql database connections and I already have the module postgresql.jar:42.2.9 installed in talend. 

I am using oracle jdk 1.8.0.251

Upon some more testing, I can run the 3 subjobs individually, however, I am also not able to build them (same error prompted as above).
