Parsing HTML to extract values from table

Hello,
I'm looking for a component which could help me to parse an html file I got locally with a lot of tables in it.
I got to extract some values which are basically everywhere in the tables. (even if possible make some calculations)
Does anyone have a clue about how to do it ?
