Pivot column and header in the same time

Hello everyone, i have a problem that i couldn't solve yet and i need your help please. 

FYI i'm using TOS 7.3.1

I have input data from an excel file having the following format:

Transaction Type	2018	2019
A	150	80
B	200	254
C	600	541
D	1540	1550

but i need to transform it to the following format in the output 

Transaction	Year	Value
A	2018	150
A	2019	80
B	2018	200
B	2019	254
C	2018	600
C	2019	541
D	2018	1540
D	2019	1550
