Hi.
We have an on-premises Remote Engine installed and running on a server here.
I am testing it out and all works well if jobs I publish to the cloud references or reads files on the server the remote engine is running on.
However, if the jobs reference or try to read files on another server, which is accessible from the server the remote engine is running on, the jobs fails stating access is denied.
When I am on the server the Remote Engine is installed on, I am able to browse to these paths and access the files successfully.
So I guess what I am asking is, does the Remote Engine need any configuration to allow it access files on other machines?
Thanks
Steve
Just to clarify. The Remote Engine service is running under the "Local System" account and has the tick box ticked to "interact with the desktop"
