Repositary and Built In

Hi Team

I have a simple question which looks very complex for me

Can you please tell me when to use built in and when to use Repositary

All my context values are pulled from a table

when i deploy my job into prod in which mode should i deploy.

if to use Built in mode what is the advantage

If to use repository mode what is the advantage

Can you please clear my blocks

Thanks

Deepthi

Referring to the standard answer does not answer this question for me.

For example, the standard answer states: "Use Built-In for information that you use only once or very rarely"

What does this mean: information that you use only once or very rarely? Does it mean: the job does not run very often? Or: the data is only used in one or two places in the Studio?

Even if it means the latter, why should you ever use Built-In? Why did Talend invent this feature, why isn't Repository enough?
