Repository tree shows only metadata and recyle bin post updates installation

Projects in my local Repository does not show post installation of updates or due to unknown reason. Tried creating a new project and launched talend. even then could see only metadata and recyclebin options in Repository. Please help with the option to show other options in repository.

Yes. i was seeing Job Designs, Route designs, services, contexts etc. I had got an alert saying updates available,I have accepted for the updates. Post installation of updates, got an alert to restart talend. When i had restarted,could repository tree with those two options metadata and recyclebin. I could also see MDM view option enabled and my jobs are added to the MDM job designs instead of Talend for Data integration
