Retrieve/Move a Talend plan to a different workspace or run plan with API call

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where one workspace is not visible to any users but the plan/tasks under it are still in use. Is it possible to retrieve the plan or move it to a different workspace or trigger the plan/task using api call?

Its a high priority issue/
