I have a requirement where "source key" column is a SCD type 2 field. The field can be either under "SOURCE KEY" or under TYPE 2 Field. I am not able to use the same column in both the places.
source table (col1, col2, col3,col4 has unique index) col1 , col2 , col3 , col4 , col5 SCD screen Source key - col1, col2, col3,col4 Type 2 field - col3 , col5 I am able to place col3 either under "SOURCE KEY" or under Type 2 Field How can I acheive this?

I don't think you can do this.
The function of Source key is to ensure the unicity of the incoming data which is forbidden for updating.
Type 2 field is the field which can be updated.
The concepts of Source key and type 2 field are conflicting.
