HI maybe you have to check SFTP support then Public Key as authentification method in the tFTPConnection Basic settings and fill the Private key and Key Passphrase fields.

Authentication is username/password.

with Public Key authentification you also have to fill Username and Password fields

There is no public key. I know how to do that.

so use Authentification method : Password, maybe after you 'll have error with certificate, you'll have to use a tSetKeystore component to load the trustore jks.
