Sending a xml file to Mule ESB via web service

Hi Team,
My requirement involves posting a xml file to a MULE ESB once my job has been completed.
I would require either tsoap ot thttp or trest components to be used for sending the xml file.
Can you pls let me know how to do this.

Hi,
I am exposing my job as a web service which will be triggered by MULE ESB,
I will have to send a response to MULE ESB,once the job has been completed,
how do i got abt that using Tsoap components.
