Set next process date for Tftp download/Get

Can someone help me on how can I set next process date if the file that I will get from the FTP Server is this:

FileNameSep18-248.csv

The next process date will be :

FileNameOct18-249.csv

And the datetime values that I will get tfrom the database to check the last process time is:

2018-09-18 23:45:21

I need to automatically download it using the tftp component that I have. Please see screenshot below:
