Static Ip in scheduled job from talend to customer folder

Hi Support,

I need to set up a job from Talent Studio to the customer's SFTP folder. The customer doesn't just need the authentication key and password; they want to know which static IP addresses Talend will use to access their network so they can add them to the firewall rules.

The files extracted from the folder would then be processed to call Salesforce using the connector provided by Talend.
Is it possible to obtain a list of static IPs used to call the customer's network? Does it depend on the license?

how do you execute the Talend job ? 
Using a Jobserver ? (Task submitted from TAC )
Using a Cloud Engine (Task submitted from TMC) 
Using a Remote Engine (Task submitted from TMC)

customer has "Talend Cloud Data Integration (Entry Level)" so from this link:

I believe the only solution we can use is Cloud Engine. Is this correct?

Would all three Engine solutions have static IPs?

The customer asked us if it would be worth upgrading their license to have this feature and build a secure SFTP channel.

But if it is possible to have static IPs with the license you have....then better.

With the license "Talend Cloud Data Integration (Entry Level)" , it is not possible to use predefined static IP addresses for execution containers :

But if you have 9000 "free" tokens , you can create a Remote Engine :
