String to Double

Hello, 

I have some input data in XLS which contains values for example (1176,77)

i want to transform this data in Double or Float to be used some Mathematic Calculations in theses values

I tryied Double.ParseDouble, but i got error

Exception in component tMap_1 (Study)
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "1176,77"

at sun.misc.FloatingDecimal.readJavaFormatString(Unknown Source)
at sun.misc.FloatingDecimal.parseDouble(Unknown Source)

Replace comma by point before to cast from string to double
