Things were working fine until Thursday. The problem started on Friday. Studio has not been able to show the code in teh file system and it also doesnt pull anything new from Git. I have confirmed changes are there in GitHub and I am same branch, I have even deleted the local branch and tried to pull the latest from GitHub but still I am getting some older version of code. Another developer committed to same branch and when I try to pull it says no new commits to pull. Not sure what is going on.
Anybody faced the similar experience in past?
Yet again responding to my own question. I have not found the solution but I know how to get to the code I expect in Studio.
The issue was not with Git. I had renamed a job in Studio. After rename, anytime you open your project in Studio, Studio doesnt show the renamed job. It shows pre-renamed job. But once you open it, close it and open it again, it shows the correct version.
I don't know the reason but I think it's probably the way Talend integrates with Git (which i don't like so far).
