TAC 500 Error

Getting a 500 error on the version check for the Talend Administration Center. Opened ticket to receive patch (Ticket number

00270663 ), but need this issue fixed as soon as possible. Verified user permissions on database, correct version of driver, etc. Can provide emails if

necessary

. Working to resolve with Aaron Gendle but need further support.

Hello,

Are you getting HTTP 500 Internal Server Error?

Could you please show us your server log which is located in <ServersInstallation>\apache-tomcat-X.X.X\logs, which will be helpful for us to address your issue?

I have attached the catalina.out file, I am waiting on our security team to scrub the server log itself.

Is Postgres database used for TAC DB? Were you able login the TAC server?
