TFileList Creating #N/A

I have a job that should first delete, then update records in Salesforce from a CSV created from SAP.  However, when i run the job from Talend, I only get #N/A in every field that should have data in it. I circled the problem area in the talend screenshot. Any ideas why?

No, it is absolutely not clear why the component listing files should have any impact to the reading of files or writing something to SalesForce.
Why do you think so?
And as long as you do not describe from which flow the printed output comes, we have no chance to help.
