Talend 7.1.1 : Source code not generated for routines and child jobs though jar created

I am upgrading Talend 6.1.1 to Talend 7.1.1 and we are facing below problem as show stopper. 

1. Build job does not generate any source code(java files) for child jobs.
2. No routines source code(java files) generated. 
3. Import doesn't work from 6.1.1 to 7.1.1

Are you using talend open studio or enterprise subscription products? If the latter, can you please open a ticket on Talend Support Portal? Our colleagues will follow up your upgrade
issue and assist you.

its enterprise license version, but any other way of knowing it?
