What happens when you Add CDC for a db connection table?

1) Create tables in the CDC database to hold information about change records

2) Create rows in the monitored table identifying the CDC database

3) Create entries in the CDC database tables identifying what types of changes to monitor

4) Create entries in the CDC database tables identifying which tables to monitor for changes

Please, can someone help with the answer of this question?
