Talend Data Integration - coding standards and best practices

Hi all

I am starting with a new Talend project (and my first Talend DI project ever) and I am looking for some coding standards and best practices. I am looking for this information created or developed by a data integration designer/developer while working on a real life project (not looking for best practices provided by Talend company itself).

Apart from this I would like to know -

1) How to setup dev, test, production environments to maintain code

2) What is the best way to schedule jobs in production
