Talend Error

I am getting this error in Talend studio when I try to run any job

Error: Could not find or load main class

Please could help me in resolving this issue as I am stuck with this one not able to move forward.

I see you have quite a few jobs built. So this is not a new install....or maybe it is? Has the machine been restarted recently? Can you give a bit more background please? The complete error message copied and pasted here would be useful as well.
