Talend Job is taking more time to complete execution

Hi,

I am working on TOS. In this i have created a certain number of jobs and done schedule through 'windows task scheduler'.

My problem is, sometimes the job is getting completed within 2 mins and sometimes the same job is taking more time (approx 2 hrs) to complete the execution.

What is the reason for this and how could it be rectified?

@uganesh ,while creating into bulk file,it should be string value should contain 1 or 0,so that when that file data is moving in bulk execution it will treat as boolen value and will work.

@manodwhb, but instead of "0 or 1" it looks like "true or false" in the output right....

we are filtering the data based on 0 or 1 only not true or false.

@manodwhb, today all my talend jobs is not getting success. Because it's keep on running for a while. (I am considering 23 jobs).
