Talend: Pulling Data from SAS

Hi everyone,

I’m having issues with pulling data from a SAS connection. I followed the instructions in the link (https://help.talend.com/reader/st7QQokfppvYVj4LwV~AnQ/d29fj_2FUuAS4UEPpP_d_w)  to create the connection.  The SAS connection was created successfully, but I’m not able to read from it. When I click and drag a SAS table to the workspace, I get the tCreatetable component. I’m using Talend community edition (7.3).  The documentation says that the tSasInput is deprecated. So, can we pull data from SAS? and How?  Any idea?

Hello,

Sas components are deprecated starting from V 7.2.

Are you able to use tSasInput component to read and pull data from SAS?

Components should be hidden by default from the palette and only available if you make them visible in the property of the studio.
