Talend Studio Broken

Hi Community, currently we are making a training with Talend Studio, and two users can't do the exercise. Here, explain the issue with each user.


The first user has these characteristics:
- OS: Ubuntu 24.04
- RAM: 16 GB
- FREE DISK: 500 GB
- JAVA: Zulu 17.48.15
- XULrunner: v1.9.2.28
- Talend Studio: R2026-01
- Talend studio memory setup: xms 6000, xmx 8000
- Issue: The user works normally and suddenly sees "The program Java closed unexpectedly" and needs to close the Talend Studio and open it again to be able to work.

The second user has these characteristics:
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04
- RAM: 16 GB
- FREE DISK: 200 GB
- JAVA: Zulu 17.48.15
- XULrunner: v1.9.2.28
- Talend Studio: R2026-01
- Talend studio memory setup: xms 6000, xmx 8000
- Issue: The user works normally, and suddenly the Talend Studio closes.

@FelipeD Can you please upload the studio log file for us to better evaluate the issue, the log file is located in <Studio installation directory>\workspace\.metadata. 

I noticed that you have set the Java parameters Xms to 6000 and Xmx to 8000. As a result, only 10G of memory will be available. Depending on whether any other applications are consuming RAM on the machine, this may lead to an OutOfMemory error. Would you mind trying to reduce the Xms and Xmx parameters to their default values and see if the issue persists?
