Talend certificate Exam didn't start due to some technical issue

I did schedule talend certification exam at 21:15 IST and before the exam I checked all technical requirements  and my system was fulfilling all. i launched my exam by my assessments tab but my exam couldn't start after some time I connect with help they said me you are in the proctor q and you have to wait till unlimited time  and i waited 90 minutes approx then i connect again then they told me you are fit with technical please check your mic and camera and internet speed then i saw i was not connected to via mic and camera. I couldn't resolve the issue because my system was completely controlled by talend. Then I connected with help and told me "you may need to exit the sentinel in order to troubleshoot this issue. we may need to open a case for your developers to investigate . if you are still in Sentinel program ,please exit at this time so we can troubleshoot  " 

Now I am waiting to relaunch my exam when this issue will be resolved.
