Talend cloud issure while deploying a service

For some unknow reason when i deploy service Talend Cloud become frozen? Talend Support Team can you guys help me out ??

I think it some kind of bug. It had me been same way for 12 hrs. Showing that waiting for remote engine even though it is paired ??

On which talend build version you got this? Is your remote engine available? Are your service itself running well?
