Talend open-studio / web services

Hi 

i want to et more information about web service in talend , if i create a web service an deploy it how can i manage it with my my colleagues .. we have 3 machines so im going to create a web service with a database to check any results suits a modification or insertion of data ! can i connect the 3 machines with the web service .. excuse me because im new user of talend ESB !
