The Job's code page is blank (java.lang.NullPointerException)

Hi everyone,
I have a problem and I searched for the solution but I can not find it. I am thinking that one of you might have a similar experience.

I am using Talend Version 5.6.1 and there is no problem with that. But I tried to install Talend 7.3.1. I installed the Talend and Java ("jre-8u221" or "jre-8u251" or "jdk-8u202") and after I run the Talend, I created a job but I can't run the job. Because of the job's code part blank. And also we tried versions of 6.5.1 and 7.2.1 but the result did not change on this machine. I tried installing to the different directory or I tried to change the workspace. I checked the JAVA_HOME directory and path.

The machine is Windows Server2012 R2 (64 bit ). Could the operating system be a problem for new versions?
Talend 7.3.1 is running on my notebook but not run on the other machine and also the version 5.6.1 is running on this machine.

By the way, these test jobs are not including any components yet(There are no palette components, the job is blank yet, install is new...). I can run the test job on my notebook without a problem but the server is taking an error as following;
