I am facing this error

I am guessing it is because of mapping below ... i am picking 3 DB columns from left side and right side is byte[] and its incompatible,

Not sure how do i solve it ?

When you get some compile errors, could you please check your "Code" tab in your job to see if there will be your compile error highlighted in red line?
