Timesmap till 9 digits to AWS-Redshift.

Hi, 

We have IBM-DB2 date value as given below;

"5/23/2016 1:22:59.732198 PM"

I am using this pattern to populate to the Redshift

"yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSSSSSSSS"

The populated value to the redshifft is "5/23/2016 1:22:59.732000000 PM"

Please suggest the pattern to populatee the date value as it is to Redshift and also suggest a function that gives the "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.SSSSSSSSS AM/PM" pattern.
