Trigger Talend job on Snowflake data insert

Hello,

I have a Snowflake pipe that listens to a AWS S3 bucket and inserts the data into snowflake, what I would like to do is to trigger a Talend job whenever Snowflake processes a file. The Talend job will mostly use tELTMap components to transform the data.
