Unique tExtractJSON read

I have a JSON file like the below where I'm getting various values in the first position and then possibly a list of values in the second position.

I am trying to get the values in the first position to be stored as a Parent Code, and any values that may appear in the second position to be stored as the Child Code to it's corresponding parent. (ex. Parent Code: 2407M46 ITEM 2 Child Code: 2347M32 P01).

Any idea on how I configure the Talend XPath query to achieve that result?
