Update data in Sharepoint List from excel sheet

All,

I come up different requirement now, this time i want to update the list data from the excel sheet data.

Say for example ,I have the data for Jan month in the sharepoint list, I would like to update the Jan month data on weekly basis with the latest one.

The latest data will be available in an excel sheet which is generated through the talend job. I dont want to overwrite the entire list because it has the data for Decemeber 2019, November 2019 and so on. I have to update only the current month data in the sharepoint list.

Do i get any positive reply ?

I was struggling for the last 2 weeks to get it done.
