Updating LDAP attributes without DistinguishedName

Hello,

I'm trying to update my Active Directory LDAP with values extracted from a database (Oracle in this case).

I am experiencing difficulties to "find" the correct user in my LdapOutput component.

I don't have the full DistinguishedName in my database, so can i update an AD user, with only SAMAccountName, or email, or another attribute ?

Actual error : ybdc: [LDAP: error code 34 - 0000208F: NameErr: DSID-03100225, problem 2006 (BAD_NAME), data 8350, best match of:
'ybdc,DC=domain,DC=local'

Hello,

What did you use as update DB column name? Do you have CN=Roles? Are you able to use the update condition base DN +CN to do it?
