Urgent: Socket Timeout Issue in tRestClient Component

Dear Support Team,

I am facing a socket timeout issue in Talend while using the tRestClient component, despite increasing the timeout settings multiple times. This issue is affecting my production environment, and I need an urgent resolution.

Steps Taken So Far:

✔ Connection Timeout: Increased from 60s → 300s → 1800s, but still facing the issue.
✔ Read Timeout: Increased from 30s → 270s → 1770s, but the issue persists.
✔ Changes were made in the Advanced Settings of the tRestClient component.

error message:- javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Hi @nilesh007,

Do you have another way to verify if the Rest Service is working, like Postman?
