Usage of TNS file in TORACLE CONNECTION

Hi,

I am using TNS file in TORACLE CONNECTION. The username and password are not getting populated automatically.

TNSFILE.txt

HR =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = *******)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SERVER = DEDICATED)
(SERVICE_NAME = **)
)
(CREDENTIALS = (USERNAME = ******) (PASSWORD = ******))
)

As you can see from the above picture ,all the fields are populated except username and password.
Can you please help me on this.
