Use Of tStatCatcher Statistics

Hi,
Can anybody Explain in detail the use of tStatCatcher Statistics Feature.
It appears in Advance Setting section of almost all processing components in Talend DI ETL tool.
I read the description given:
Select this check box to gather the Job processing metadata at the Job
level as well as at each component level.
But not understood What is mean by at Job level and component level.

Hi,

Select this check box to gather the Job processing metadata at the Job
level as well as at each component level.

The feature "tStatCatcher Statistics(State Catcher Statistics)" is to show the related state of component and job.
For example: I have designed a job to explain that.
