Using Talend ETL to populate Google CloudSQL data model

Hello,

 

Does anyone know if Talend can be used to extract data from csv/json data held on google cloud storage and then used to populate a data vault data model in Google CloudSQL. This will be batch data loads of mainly structured and some semi-structured data
