Wait until single subjob completes

Hi please excuse this newbie question.

I need to process a number of files into a multipage workbook. To do this I have the following process

Files concatenated into one file "Concat.csv" which is passed through PivotToColumnsDelimited. However PivotToColumnsDelimited started processing before Concat.csv was still being read the result was truncated so I used a PostJob component to ensure concat was fully written before pivoting.

Is there a way to delay components from starting  until previous process has completed?

as I can guess You just need connect Components with OnSubJobOk trigger
