What could be the cause for not sending mails using tSendMail component

Hi,

 

I  have few jobs that extract records to files and mail those files using tSendMail component. They run daily at scheduled time in TIC. Today there was an issue that, we received no mails. Why will this happen. Can anyone help me in finding the cause?

Some logs might help.

The logs are fine. I mean tSendMail component has been succeeded. 

What more logs do you want. I am receiving those mails in the mid of night. 

Is it the problem TIC and mail server.

Hi,

 

    Did you check with mail server team that whether they received any mail to their servers? 

 

    If the mail has not reached server, then its a problem in upstream flow else the focus needs to be diverted to mail server area.
