Workspace already in use.....

I've read everything here and none of it has been helpful with my issue, so I'm starting my own feed.

I need some help with a new installation of Talend.  There isn't another session running, I've checked. (plus its a new install running for the first time)  Does anyone have advice on why this would say "already in use" on a new install?

We use Talend on another server and we do not have this issue.

I've also tried renaming the workspace to no avail.

Help!!!

The file I'm downloading is TOS_DI-20190620_1446-V7.2.1.zip

It's running on a VM that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 and it's 64bit Windows.

The fix for me as well was to put on C: directly, i.e. c:\Talend
