Wrong Font Set for Talend Studio Execution Log (Missing Euro symbol - €)
Hi,
I was trying to load an XML file and wanted to check the content in the output console in Talend Studio.
But I even which encoding I choose, the EUR symbol doesn't show propertly. After some time I tested it with a tFixedFlowInput and still doesn't show the EUR symbol. But chinese characters worked.
After hours and a hint from a collegue, I change the font in the preferences - Talend - Apperance - Console Text Font to Courier New, it works.
But why, still in 2024, Talend uses "outdated" textfonts in the console?
