cannot connect to postgresql Database

Dear Friends,
I tried to connect with localhost postgresql database but i got error as "connection failure".
i am using
Talend open studio Data integration- 5.4.1.r111943
Posgresql DB version - 9.1 x86 (localhost:5432)
I also attached screenshot.
