cannot find talend component designer in TOS 7.0.1

I can not find talend component designer in TOS 7.0.1,  to create a new component .

Can you help me or give me a link on the solution of the subject

Hello,

The component designer is deprecated as per the release notes for 6.4/Summer 2017 Release. See https://help.talend.com/reader/uCysbjfyKZbxWfRj_OAB4w/iWkjCqiEcUwyIA9sshQxLg

It is still being used as many Talend components have been built using the Javajet framework.

Talend is working towards a new component framework: TalendHelpCenter: Developing a component using Talend Component Kit

New components and updated components in Talend are being built using this new framework.
