cant connect to FTP server

hello, im trying to connect to ftp server via talend but i always get this error

but when i try to connect using filezilla with the same server it work perfectly

any suggestions please?

Regarding to the job error log, seems it doesn't provide the correct username/password for the ftp server connection in the component tFTPFileList,

could you double check it?

if it doesn't help, please provide the snapshots of the connection detail in FileZilla and connection detail in tFTPFileList for more investigation.

It's working fine by tFTPFileList component in my side as the below

As a test, Could you please change Property type to "Built-in" and input host, port, username,password directly in tFTPFileList component to re-try?
