Hi, I am using Talend 4.0. I have loaded some records through Talend job. There is a field called Achievment, it contains special characters and its language specification is Spanish. While parsing time I have used encoding value as UTF-8. But many special characters are not parsing properly. Achievment field contains below text. óé á é í ó ú ü ñ ¿ ¡ ºª is not properly converting. Please find attached Kindly help me. Thanks Chin
