custom component can load jar files

Hello,

i'am  trying  to  a create  a  new  component  in  talend  stdio ESB 7.1 that  needs external  jar  file  

i downloaded the  jar  file  and  put  it  in  the  component  folder then  referred to  it  in  the  -java.xml

i  tried  adding  it  from  the  model view  and using  tlibraryload ,even  i  tried  the  maven  dependency  in  the project  pom.xml 

i always get  the same  result , "The import cannot be resolved"

Can any  one help me?
