custom component downloaded and added but its not reflecting in the palette

I tried adding the custom component Tunpivotrow from the exchange ,but  it didn't showed up in the palette or in the job.

I followed the steps from the document which mentioned

downloading , extracting and saving in a folder then preference ,component and selected the folder path, Apply.

everything was done as per the documentation . even restarted the application and the system couple of time

but still the component is not reflecting .

I am currently using talend 7.2.1 version . it would be a great help if i am able to add custom component.

Can you provide the link of the custom component which you are trying to install? I will make a test.
