date format issue

Here is another issue I am facing today. I am trying to load data from Excel to my OracleDB. the excel contains lot of 'Date' fields. As I run my job, I am getting the error that 'the cell format is not Date in Row and column..'. I have mapped columns accordingly as well

I think this has to do with the Excel cell data format.  Is it set as Date in Excel format?
